Crafted from an oh so soft chiffon fabrication, the Emily Halter Long Dress by Rococo Sand is a statement 70's inspired piece, guaranteed to be the talk of the party. With a high neck halter neckline, this dress is secured by fabric covered buttons behind the neck. An elasticated shirred waistband cinches the waist while remaining comfortable, while the full a-line skirt features accordion press pleats for depth of print and movement. No detail has been spared in the production of this dress, with french seams and a printed lining.
